We will overcome problems like procrastination, people pleasing , worry and self-doubt and build on the strengths you have within you in order to live a happier, more confident life.

My determination to change that is how I developed my passion for helping people with low self-esteem. I’ve learned to foster a healthier relationship with myself and now I want to help you do the same.
I’m a dedicated CBT therapist; my approach is rooted in warmth, compassion and understanding and I use the transformative techniques of cognitive behavioural therapy to address and reframe self-limiting beliefs, enhance self awareness and pave the way for lasting positive change.
