Online therapy for anxiety & self-esteem

Helping you build confidence, from the inside out

You might be holding everything together, doing what’s expected, and looking “fine” to everyone else, while inside you’re overthinking, doubting yourself, and feeling like you’re never quite enough.

I’m Danielle, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist offering online therapy for low self-esteem, anxiety and self-doubt. I can help you feel more confident, calmer, and more secure in yourself.

Does this sound familiar?

On the outside, you seem to have it together. You’re capable, thoughtful, and probably the person other people rely on.

But inside, it can feel very different.

You might:

  • Overthink conversations, decisions or things you’ve said

  • Struggle to trust yourself without reassurance from others

  • Feel guilty saying no or putting your own needs first

  • Be very hard on yourself, even when you’re doing your best

  • Worry about disappointing people or being “too much”

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted

  • Find it hard to feel good enough, no matter how much you achieve

If this sounds familiar, therapy can help you understand where these patterns come from and start responding to yourself differently.

How I can help you

Working with me isn’t about fixing you or turning you into someone else.

It’s about making sense of the patterns that keep you feeling anxious, self-critical or not good enough — and learning how to respond to yourself in a different way.

We’ll untangle what’s been going on, understand why it makes sense that you feel stuck, and work out what might actually help you move forward.

I CAN HELP YOU TO:

  • Feel more confident being yourself, not who you think you ‘should be’

  • Manage anxiety and overthinking

  • Stop being so hard on yourself

  • Feel less guilty saying ‘no’ and build healthier boundaries

  • Trust your decisions more

  • Feel calmer and more secure in yourself

A bit about me

I’m Danielle, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist offering online therapy across the UK.

I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to figuring things out on your own. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and collaborative. We’ll make sense of what’s going on together, at a pace that feels manageable, with space for honesty, humour and the messy bits too.
